the hotel was, on the outside, charming, but the 'spa' that costs an extra €20 is just a joke. and the staff seemed like they were playing hide and seek. a small upgrade woudl ve been nice, seeing as I was treated like just another guest. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The €20 charge for spa access feels like a rip-off, especially when other hotels provide it for free!!! The lack of coffee facilities in rooms is disappointing, given the four-star expectation. Bathroom privacy issues need addressing!!!
